The hotel offered great views and was conveniently located near the railway station, making exploring the surrounding area easy. the rooms were larger than expected, providing a comfortable stay. The free parking was a huge bonus during the holiday season madness.
The breakfast buffet didn't cater to all tastes, leaving some guests unsatisfied. While the staff did their best to provide recommendations and directions, the lack of English proficiency made communication a bit difficult at times.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision for me. I liked the large and comfortable beds and appreciated having clean and spacious rooms. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient to transportation options, as it is just a short walk away from the railway station. I also found the free parking to be a wonderful bonus. Lastly, I enjoyed having a delicious breakfast during my stay, with many Japanese-style options to choose from.

For our romantic escape, we stayed at a hotel in Southern Nagano and had a great time. the location was perfect for us, as we wanted to visit Lake Suwa and the Nakasendo trail. Plus, the hotel was right by the railway station, making it easy to travel around. We also loved the fact that the rooms were bigger than those in larger towns and cities, giving us plenty of space to relax after our day trips.
The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing for us, as there weren't many options that catered to our preferences. Some Westerners may also find it lacking.
